We protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and ensure access to the data in accordance with applicable law. We have put in place reasonable and adequate organisational measures to protect the personal data we collect and process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elotroi O\u00dc<\/strong>\u00a0has implemented the necessary technical, physical, and organisational security measures to protect the customer\u2019s (personal) data from loss and illegal processing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elotroi O\u00dc\u00a0<\/strong>retains (personal) data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The retention period depends on the need to respond to data subjects\u2019 inquiries, resolve problems, and comply with legal document retention requirements.<\/p>\n<p>If (personal) data are no longer needed and their storage is not required by law, they will be deleted\/destroyed in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Rights of customer (data subject)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The data subject (customer) has the right to inspect the personal data stored about them and, if necessary, to request that incorrect personal data related to them be corrected and\/or deleted. The material provided on the website elotroi.ee (including photos) is the object of copyright protection and may not be reproduced without the written permission of Elotroi O\u00dc.
