Delivery options

When purchasing products from our e-shop you have the following delivery options available:

The orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days after order confirmation. Delivery time depends on the postal service.

Parcel locker

The products will be delivered to the parcel locker, which you have chosen. Upon the arrival of your product in the parcel locker you will receive an SMS notification containing the location of the parcel locker, door code, return code, and the end date of keeping the parcel in the locker. Parcel lockers are open 24 hours a day and are usually located near the main entrances of shopping centres.

Courier service

After the receipt of an order confirmation, the products will be delivered to the address you have provided. The courier will contact you by phone and fix the time suitable for delivery.

European Union

Delivery 20 €

Shipping to the European Union countries will be carried out using a registered maxi letter or standard parcel services.

Outside European Union

Delivery 25 €

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

When shipping the goods, various customs and import duties may be added, which must be paid upon arrival of the parcel in the country of destination. Such duties shall be paid by the recipient of a parcel. As the tax and customs policies can vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact the local customs or tax office for more information.
